Shipping terms

  • 1. 100% T/T in advance.
  • 2. 30% T/T in advance, and 70% against copy of Bill of Lading (B/L).
  • 3. 100% by Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
  • 4. 100% by D/P at sight（The specific payment terms can be confirmed according to the circumstances of both parties.）.

Packing and shipping

  • 1. Standard export packing is provided for this machine.
  • 2. tufting machine requires 1x40HQ or 2x40HQ containers for loading,special requirements needs to be negotiated specifically.
  • 3. Before shipment, we will confirm with the customer the test video of the machine operating properly.

WARRANTY:

  • 1. Warrant for Electrical parts: 1 year, customer bear courier/airfreight charge
  • 2. Warranty for Control Panel: 1 year
  • 3. Mechanical parts (not including consuming parts) 1 year

FAQ

Q 1: Payment terms capacity?

A 1: T/T, L/C, Western Union etc.

A 2: In according with Incoterms 2010, normally with EXW, FOB shanghai, CFR, CIP, CIF and DDU.

A 3: Within 45 days.

A 4: By sea or railway.

A 5: One year. Will offer after sell service in whole life of machine use under compensation after one year.

A 6: We have installation and technical support teams in India, Brazil, and Egypt. For other countries, we can provide paid overseas engineering services.
