Product Description
The 8+4 FRS Tufting Machine is a high-end dual needle bar jacquard tufting machine specialized in manufacturing high-cut and low-loop pile carpet tiles.
With cast iron frame and high-quality components including German Schaeffler or Japanese NSK and IKO bearings, and the shaft is made of 45# steel modulation polishing shaft. the machine ensures long-term operational stability and resistance to internal stress deformation.
Equipped with an MTC control system featuring adjustable top-dead-center needle stop, stop pull wires, emergency stop buttons, safety interlocking guards, electronic needle bar protection with light curtains, fault indication, auto length counting and an English touch-screen panel with remote diagnostic capability, the machine adopts a Siemens main motor, Delta/Inovance VFDs, servo motors and drivers, Inovance PLC and HMI, Schneider electronic components, plus a control cabinet with integrated cooler and pre-installed software.
